Our company was formed in Seattle, Washington in 1986, to manufacture and market a light emitting diode (LED) phototherapy unit. This unit is marketed to the general public. Since that initial effort in 1986, we have developed additional sophisticated versions of our original photo unit. Over the years Light Energy has also expanded to provide more knowledge and education about the importance of light in our daily lives and health. We have focused on the essential need for sunlight when available, and the use of full spectrum lighting indoors. Dr. John Ott's groundbreaking work in this area has been utilized extensively, as has his work in documenting the adverse effects of the most commonly used commercial lighting - fluorescent, incandescent and halogen. Today Light Energy Co. offers an array of options in full spectrum lighting. We have screw-in bulbs, light boxes, desk and floor lamps, and tubes for your health and enjoyment.

We have also acquired the rights to represent the ThermoTherapy Unit, allowing a safe and effective method for our customers to use heat to deal with hemorrhoids and various prostate conditions. The ThermoTherapy Unit also provides a method for stimulating the immune system into producing much-needed white blood cells.

We have the pleasure of being contributing authors of the latest book on the use of light in medicine today, Light Years Ahead.

We have combined the use of light and heat therapy with the En-Light-En herbal supplement to provide an integrated effective technique for serious conditions.
